Who we are
Why India works for South African buyers
Distance is the argument. India to Durban is roughly a two-week sea leg — dramatically shorter than the Far East routes most South African importers were built around, which means less cash tied up in water and a realistic chance of reacting to a season rather than guessing it a year out.
The time zone helps too. Tirupur is three and a half hours ahead of SAST, so a question sent at nine in the morning in Johannesburg gets answered the same working day, not overnight.
And Tirupur is where India's cotton knitwear actually gets made. Yarn, dyeing, accessories and finishing are all within a few kilometres, which is why our lead times hold.

Knitting & Fabric
Single jersey, pique, interlock, rib, French terry and fleece knitted to the GSM your style needs — so fabric quality is decided by us, not by whoever the market has stock from that week.
Dyeing & Processing
Reactive dyeing, bio-wash, enzyme wash, compacting and pre-shrinking. Lab-dipped shade matching against your Pantone or physical swatch before bulk goes ahead.
Cutting & Stitching
Pattern making, grading, marker planning and bulk cutting, with dedicated stitching lines for knits. Side-seam or tubular, flatlock or overlock, to your construction spec.
Printing & Embroidery
Screen, DTG, DTF, sublimation, puff, high-density and discharge printing, plus computerised embroidery. Wash-tested before bulk print runs.
Quality Control
Inline checks at cutting and stitching, plus a final AQL inspection before packing. Third-party inspection agencies are welcome in our unit at any stage.
Packing & Export
Retail-ready polybagging, barcode and carton marking, and full export documentation. FOB, CIF and DDP terms handled with our freight partners.

Logistics
Getting goods to South Africa
We ship from Tuticorin, Chennai and Cochin into Durban, Cape Town and Port Elizabeth. Durban is the fastest routing and the one we recommend for most programmes.
Durban
Typically 14–18 days port to port — the shortest and most frequently sailed route from South India.
Cape Town & Port Elizabeth
Typically 18–25 days depending on transhipment and sailing schedule.
Customs & duty
Apparel imports are cleared under SARS customs procedures, and clothing carries meaningful duty in South Africa. We prepare the commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin — confirm current tariff headings and rates with your clearing agent before you cost a programme.

Before you send an enquiry
How long does shipping to Durban take?
Port to port is typically 14–18 days from Tuticorin or Chennai to Durban. Add production time to that — for a first order plan on roughly 30–45 days production plus transit, depending on quantity and decoration.
Do you supply corporate and promotional clothing?
Yes, that is a significant part of our South African business. Corporate polos and tees with embroidery or print, consistent shade across repeat orders, and size sets that hold from year to year.
What are your payment terms?
A first order is typically 30% advance with the balance against a copy of the bill of lading, or an irrevocable letter of credit at sight. Repeat buyers move to more open terms.
What is your minimum order quantity?
Our standard MOQ is 300 pieces per style per colour for stock fabrics, and 500 pieces per colour where the fabric has to be dyed to a custom shade. For a first trial order we can be flexible — talk to us about what you actually need rather than assuming the number is fixed.
Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes. We produce a pre-production sample against your tech pack or a reference garment, typically within 7–10 working days. Sampling is charged, and the cost is credited against your bulk order once it is confirmed.
Do you make garments under my own brand?
Most of our export volume is private label. Woven or printed neck labels, market-specific care labels, hang tags, polybags and barcodes are applied in our factory, so goods arrive retail-ready.
How do you handle quality control?
We run inline checks at cutting and stitching stages and a final AQL inspection before packing. You are welcome to appoint a third-party inspection agency — SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek or your own QA team — and we will give them access to the unit at any production stage.
