Round Neck T-Shirts
The core of every wholesale order — clean crew neck tees in 100% combed cotton, cut for a consistent fit across the full size run.
UK wholesalers, streetwear labels and workwear suppliers work with us because fabric, dyeing, cutting, stitching, print and packing all happen in one unit in Tirupur. Come and inspect it, send an agent, or start small — we would rather you checked.
Everything a buyer normally has to email for. If a figure below does not work for your programme, say so — several of them are more flexible than they look.
UK importers have had to rebuild their sourcing arithmetic twice in five years — once for Brexit, and again as costs in traditional Far East supply bases climbed. India has taken up a good deal of that volume, and the UK–India trade relationship has been moving in a direction that favours apparel.
Tirupur is the specific place in India that does cotton knitwear at scale. Yarn spinners, dyehouses, accessory makers and finishing units sit within a few kilometres of each other, which is why lead times hold here.
We manufacture rather than broker. Fabric is knitted in our unit to the GSM your spec calls for, shade-matched against your Pantone, cut on our tables and stitched on our lines — so when you ask a question about your order, the person answering can see it.
Single jersey, pique, interlock, rib, French terry and fleece knitted to the GSM your style needs — so fabric quality is decided by us, not by whoever the market has stock from that week.
Reactive dyeing, bio-wash, enzyme wash, compacting and pre-shrinking. Lab-dipped shade matching against your Pantone or physical swatch before bulk goes ahead.
Pattern making, grading, marker planning and bulk cutting, with dedicated stitching lines for knits. Side-seam or tubular, flatlock or overlock, to your construction spec.
Screen, DTG, DTF, sublimation, puff, high-density and discharge printing, plus computerised embroidery. Wash-tested before bulk print runs.
Inline checks at cutting and stitching, plus a final AQL inspection before packing. Third-party inspection agencies are welcome in our unit at any stage.
Retail-ready polybagging, barcode and carton marking, and full export documentation. FOB, CIF and DDP terms handled with our freight partners.
Eight core categories, all built on knits. If your style sits outside this list but is still a knitted garment, ask — the answer is usually yes.
The core of every wholesale order — clean crew neck tees in 100% combed cotton, cut for a consistent fit across the full size run.
Corporate, hospitality and retail polos in pique and interlock, with placket, collar and cuff options built to your spec.
Streetwear blocks in heavier GSM — boxy body, dropped armhole, wide rib neck. Built for print-led brands.
Brushed fleece and French terry hoodies, crewnecks and zip-throughs for autumn/winter programmes.
Moisture-management polyester and poly-spandex tees for gym, team and activewear programmes.
Soft-handle tees, polos and sets for children — with the safety detailing children's buyers are required to check.
We ship from Tuticorin, Chennai and Cochin into Felixstowe, Southampton and London Gateway. Most UK buyers run FOB with their own forwarder; DDP to your warehouse is available through our freight partners.
Felixstowe, Southampton and London Gateway, typically 24–32 days port to port via Suez, subject to routing.
Samples and urgent top-ups into Heathrow via Coimbatore or Chennai, usually 4–6 days.
Cotton knitwear falls under UK Global Tariff Chapter 61. We supply the commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin your broker needs — check current preference rules and duty rates with them before costing a programme.
We apply UK-market labelling in the factory so goods arrive ready for your shelf or your third-party logistics provider, not the relabelling table.
A short side-by-side of the three knit structures we produce most: how each one feels, how it holds shape, and what it costs you in drape and durability. Two minutes, and it will save a round of sampling.
Watch: jersey vs interlock vs rib Yes. We grade to UK size charts as standard for UK buyers, and can work from your own size chart and tolerance table if you have one. Send it with your tech pack.
A first order is typically 30% advance with the balance against a copy of the bill of lading, or an irrevocable letter of credit at sight. Terms open up for repeat buyers.
Please do. Coimbatore International Airport is about an hour from our unit and connects through Dubai, Doha, Singapore and the Gulf. Give us a date and we will arrange pickup. If you would rather not travel, appoint an inspection agency instead — we treat that as normal, not as an insult.
Our standard MOQ is 300 pieces per style per colour for stock fabrics, and 500 pieces per colour where the fabric has to be dyed to a custom shade. For a first trial order we can be flexible — talk to us about what you actually need rather than assuming the number is fixed.
Yes. We produce a pre-production sample against your tech pack or a reference garment, typically within 7–10 working days. Sampling is charged, and the cost is credited against your bulk order once it is confirmed.
Most of our export volume is private label. Woven or printed neck labels, market-specific care labels, hang tags, polybags and barcodes are applied in our factory, so goods arrive retail-ready.
We run inline checks at cutting and stitching stages and a final AQL inspection before packing. You are welcome to appoint a third-party inspection agency — SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek or your own QA team — and we will give them access to the unit at any production stage.
Send a tech pack, a reference garment, or just a photo and a quantity. We come back with a quote and an honest lead time — usually within one working day.
